Returns & Exchanges

Validity for exchanges & returns: We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days starting from the day you received your package. If the watch doesn't suit you or you prefer a different watch, no problem, we are there to assist you.

Exchanges & returns: Exchanges or returns of the acquired watch can be made within the stated 30 days. To do so please contact our customerservice. We will assist you on returning the watch. 

Repair policy: Depending on the problem with the watch and acquiry date we will decide on the best course of action. This will either be to repair the model to the best condition possible or replace for a new watch. If you have any problem with the watch don't hesitate to contact our customerservice.
